From five country strategies to one NoA Ignite.
NoA Ignite was born from the merger of organizations in Finland, Norway, Sweden, Denmark, and Poland. What had been independent, locally run companies needed to grow into one integrated digital experience group, with one shared strategy, one brand, and one leadership team.
The ambition was clear. The question was: are we already functioning as one team?
The mirror Teamenergy held up.
The Teamenergy approach made it visible that we were still in the “stoking the fire” stage. We were mainly representing our own countries and markets rather than the collective interest. Trust, constructive conflict, and joint decision-making were still developing.
The context was complex: a fast-moving market, the integration of several companies, different cultures, and varying levels of maturity. On top of that, we were balancing local operational responsibility with our role in group leadership. That dual focus asked a lot of us. The approach gave language to what was playing out beneath the surface and made clear where we had room to grow.
From local interests to a shared direction.
By now, the transformation has been carried through. The NoA Ignite brand has launched and the integrated organization is in place. Collaboration within the leadership team has improved noticeably.
We increasingly look across borders: where can we draw on each other’s knowledge and expertise? How do we share insights instead of letting each country develop its own solutions? There’s more shared direction, more alignment, and clearer ownership. We still work in a dynamic environment, but we do it more and more as one team.
The next step.
A follow-up measurement is scheduled soon. We’re curious to see where we stand now and what the next development step should be.
What began as a collection of strong country organizations is steadily becoming one NoA Ignite, with a shared strategy and shared leadership.
